Fresh produce operations face tight harvest windows, condensation issues in cold storage, and high forklift turnover in wet conditions. We’ve supported fruit packers and vegetable cooperatives by addressing mold buildup, cracked pallet bases, and unstable stacking during transport. These environments demand fast drainage, airflow ventilation, and stable load transfer under shifting weight. To meet these needs, we developed ventilated-deck pallets, low-temperature HDPE models, and reinforced leg structures tailored for field-to-warehouse movement and humid environments.
